The Silver Saddle Ranch is sure

Five new model homes are currently under construction. One is a generous 3,000 square foot 2-story, which will
serve as a furnished model for touring guests and members.
The four other properties under construction include two
2- story homes that are 2,500 square feet, and two 1-story homes of about
2,200 square feet. All homes will have nine-foot ceilings, tile roofs,
indoor sprinkler/fire prevention systems, indoor laundry rooms, and tile
and granite throughout.
Construction will begin in the first quarter of 2006 and
we'll update you on the project's progress. We'll keep you posted with
pictures and more information as the homes near completion. Stay tuned!
